Mac: open the .dmg and drag “ESDL Workgroup Manager” onto “Applications”. On first start macOS asks for confirmation because the app is not from the App Store: open it once, then go to System Settings → Privacy & Security → “Open Anyway”. Apple chip or Intel? Apple menu → About This Mac → “Chip”.

Windows: run the setup file — it installs for your user only, no admin rights needed, with Start menu and desktop shortcut. If Windows SmartScreen appears: “More info” → “Run anyway”. Version 1.4.1 · 22 languages.
